I worked with your team to transfer the funds i wanted. When my management company ask detailed questions, your team had the answers and the transfer went smoothly. When the funds posted, my account manager called and guided me through the process of purchasing the gold and silver i wanted. The transaction went smoothly from start to finish.

My interaction with the team at Patriot Gold group was excellent. Their experts were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

Charley was my first contact and he was very knowledgeable in the forms that were needed for the transfers of 2 IRA's. One was a traditional 401 and the other was a death benefit. The death benefit IRA even being more difficult was handled very professionally. After all the transfers were completed Matt used his expertise of the market condition's and current prices to complete the transaction.

It was very easy William was very helpful and it was quick and easy. Richard Dowden

When I called to inquire about the money that was transfering from my 401 in vanguard to the Patriot gold, no was there to answer my call at the time, but I left a message and some one called me back with in a few hours. I had asked if you guys had received the money, I had not heard anything back from you guys if the money was delivered. So when you guys called me back, they did confirm that the check has arrived, they could have at least have given me a courstey call to let me know that the transferring of the money had taken place and tell me about the new ruel that they hold the money till it is confirmed that the money was in the bank before they could complete the transaction. So I called back a week later, and they confirmed to me that the transaction for the money transfer was complete, so we proceeded to purchase the silver. The gentleman that took care of me was professional and polite. I appreciated his help. I would recommend patriot gold to anyone who is in need of securing their 401that is backed by gold and silver. Thanks for your help.

Kristen Tucker patiently explained ALL my options regarding how to set up a well diversified portfolio in Gold and Silver for the short and long term. She answered all my questions thoroughly and completely, with her extensive knowledge of precious metals investments. By the end of our conversation I knew I’d made the right decision to trust Patriot Gold Group for my future investments.

Luke was timely, courteous, and factual. Everything went smooth and just like he said. He took time to explain everything because this was my first purchase of gold and silver.

The company stepped up to ensure my accounts were fully set up. Bent over backwards to ensure I was properly taken care of.
