Instead, I received a prompt call back from Will. Will was very friendly and patient with my many questions, and he helped explain the process to me in a way I could understand. Will walked me through the entire process explaining everything to me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Patriot Gold to anyone interested in investing in precious metals.

Prompt call back on the weekend with my initial inquiry, which I was not expecting. I was expecting a call at the beginning of the week. Surprised when the phone rang within 5 minutes of leaving my inquiry message on a Sunday. Very thorough in explaining the process. In addition, my circumstances are such that the process to rollover takes extra steps and longer time to get funds released (3-4 weeks). They stayed with me in a timely, responsive manner to get the rollover done at each laborious step. Also, always available to answer my questions and to provide me with information I needed for some extra documents my state requires me to complete first to get approval for rollover application.
