This company is so amazing. The response time is either the day that I send an email or the next morning. Response time is very important to me as I’m sure most people when you’re dealing with markets and buying and selling. My sales rep is so amazing and wonderful. He explains everything on how it works m, how it’s valued where it is stored and just makes me feel so good. I recommend everyone move their ideas into the patriot gold precious metals, Ira.

They were very courteous and clearly wanted to do business. They actually answered their phone unlike the other well known company I called. They explained the whole process very well and cleared up all my many questions. Highly recommend

Jack made us feel that he was lazer focused on our getting the most we could from the experience. And that I think Jack and Bob went to the same high school did not hurt. The order was processed as promised (efficiently).

For those Patriots who like shinny rocks - Kristen Tucker is a “Rock Star’!! She is Kind - Patient - Knowledgable about the business. What is not to like!! She also has a great sense of humor!!

Not sure of exactly the correct date for sure in Dec 23, Matt was very helpful in an expediting manner explaining process very clearly.

My wife and I worked with Luke Morel as new customers. We were clear on what we wanted to do and were ready to move but lacked essential details. Luke provided a thorough overview of the mechanics involved including the time each step might require. The details he provided were easy to understand and proved accurate. His descriptions of products were very helpful as well. We have called him a couple of times since making our first purchase and he has answered promptly and given us the time to talk things through.
