I was very pleased with the process of buying precious metals through Patriot Gold Group. Ron made the journey easy to understand and provided a wealth of knowledge that I could delve into on my own time. I would recommend anyone thinking of purchasing precious metals to strongly consider contacting Patriot Gold Group.

I recently had the distinct pleasure of working with Kristen Tucker in transferring my 401(k) assets to a Patriot Gold Group IRA. With the glut of gold sellers in this market, incessantly pitching for business, I wanted to be sure that I selected the best and most trustworthy firm. After conducting thorough due diligence, I selected the Patriot Gold Group, and was connected with Kristen. Kristen is highly skilled with deep technical knowledge, superb customer service, authenticity, honesty, integrity, and transparency—all topped off with a most winsome personality. She was patient in walking us through the process, rendering it easy and stress free. I cannot offer a higher or more glowing testimonial than this for Patriot Gold Group and Kristen. I initially engaged with another gold firm, but I was disappointed by their communication and delays. That’s when I decided to reach out to the Patriot Group, and I’m so glad I did. From the start, Chance Bryant and Charlie Chartoff were exceptional. I had little knowledge about the gold market, but they took the time to thoroughly educate me. They provided comprehensive literature and answered all of my questions with clarity and patience. Their professionalism and excellent communication made me feel confident in my decision to move forward. I never once had to follow up with them—they were always one step ahead. The paperwork process was quick and seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend the Patriot Group for anyone considering gold investments.

My experience with Patriot Gold Group amazing. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and I trust that I made the right decision with my assets.

Tim followed up frequently with me until the investment was completed. He knows about customer service because we all get busy sometimes! Thanks Tim!
