I am pretty impressed with the company. I had a flat on highway 68, Golden Valley, AZ and by the time I called to the time my tire was changed it was under 45 minutes, usually I have to wait at least 2 hours for a tow truck just to get there. Robert the driver who changed my tire was very professional, friendly and fast. Thank you Robert!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Robert at Patriot Emergency Services saved the day! After an unmarked, poorly constructed and extremely uneven section of US 93 South caused our trailer to detach from the hitch, Robert arrived in record time — on a holiday! He was professional, kind, reassuring, and got us safely back on our way. Robert and Patriot Emergency Services get five stars without hesitation!

The dispatcher and the driver Kody were awesome. I was well informed and the driver Kody was quick, polite and professional. Best tow experience I've ever had!

I had to leave my car on the roadside overnight due to a battery that died less than a mile from my home. I walked home last night on my bad knees, and to be perfectly honest about it, this morning called another tow service here in the Valley. After multiple hours of their phone not being answered, I called Patriot. In an hour or so, Kody had picked up the car, delivered to my residence and he was just great the whole time. I highly recommend Patriot for timely service and fair pricing. Kudos to KODY!

On a vacation with my daughter, our car decided to breakdown outside of Kingman. Devastated because we were so far from home, we live in Cottonwood, we reached out to this fabulous company hoping they could get us home. I have to say that they we were promptly attended to with very courteous service. Kody was absolutely amazing and so very kind. Kody got us home safely and was such a great young man that our over 3 hour drive was actually enjoyable. When we got home my car would not start and he graciously help me get it back in my garage. I highly recommend this service if you ever have any tow needs!! I would definitely recommend Koby if it’s a long haul, he is a fabulous communicator!! Thanks Koby!! Our devastation was completely overlooked with you as our driver!!

It was a tight curve in me driveway just to get to the truck, Robert did an excellent job. He was very courteous, professional and definitely knew what he was doing. I will call them again if ever in need. Thanks Robert.
