Purchased a 8x10 shed with floor kit…

Purchased a 8x10 shed with floor kit from Patiowell directly for $899. Did not receive the floor kit... shed without floor kit is $649. Spent 178.00 on lumber to build a floor kit as I needed to get the shed up. I asked for a refund for the difference... asked me for pictures of the labels on the boxes, as though I was lying... I wouldn't have an issue but I don't have all of the boxes to send labels on since we did half of the shed last weekend (Trash day is Monday) and I kept the remaining pieces in the leftover box. I could send them pictures of the shed built on lumber instead of floor kit... I certainly wouldn't have spent more money, time and effort to build it with lumber if there was a floor kit present!

Dear customer. When you contacted us, you said you bought a 10x8 metal shed, but did not receive the floor kit. We contacted you in time after receiving your email to confirm whether the floor kit was in the fourth box. It would be best to send us a picture of the outer box of the package. We will confirm whether the warehouse has sent the wrong goods. But you only sent us the picture of the third box. And we also told you that if you can't confirm, you can send us the sku pictures of all the outer boxes and we will confirm it ourselves. You replied that your box has been taken away. But you are willing to show us a picture of the floor kit. To fay you have not sent the picture and wonder why we don't just refund $60 because you didn't receive the floor kit. And then left a bad review under our official review. If we confirm that you did not receive the correct product, we will confirm with the corresponding factory and resend the correct product. This is a proper process. It can also help us to improve some avoidable problems. You then questioned us that if you buy the model without the floor base, you only need to pay $649 instead of $799. After careful inspection, we found that you did not use our promotional discount. Then we refunded you the promotional discount and the difference for the floor base price. We hope you can adjust your review. You also replied that you would adjust the review after receiving it. We refunded you on April 30, and you should have received the money long ago. But you did not fulfill your promise. We contacted you many times later but it was of no avail.
