Bait and Switch
Bait and Switch Avoid this company at all costs! They advertised competitive prices on deck furniture. After confirming my order, they cancelled it several days later (while the hold remained on my credit card), claiming the price they advertised was an "IT error" lol. It became clear this was a classic "bait and switch" when one of their reps tried to bait me into a higher price purchase, promising 5% and an additional $200 off the "correct price." She then passed me off to another rep, who quoted me inflated prices with that "discount" applied - even though those supposedly "discounted" prices were higher than other reputable competitors. Let my wasted time and headache be to your benefit: shop elsewhere!
