I am not sure how to rate this company…
Ex FC CD CD I ordered 2 test kits Originally but Dr would not sign off. Then she decided to sign it. Unfortunately I’m the interim of getting a test I ordered all this natural stuff and was working so I stopped to get it to leak again THEM I CAME DOWN WITH THE FLU AND NEEDED ANTIBIOTICS WHICH ALWAYS CLEAR MY SKIn UP FOR MONTHS ON END. So knowing my body was not gonna produce the leaking wound any time in the near future I called and explained

Was over charged for shipping
Was over charged for shipping. I paid for overnight shipping and my order 5days passed the overnight. Besides that issue they have great products.

The process worked fine but I’m not…
The process worked fine but I’m not sure what to do with my results. I went to my doctor and they have no idea how to read the results and didn’t have much desire to call in to you all.

Super helpful but way too expensive
Microgen's tests are phenomenal and extremely helpful. However the price is entirely out of range for most people - especially when needing to retest several times a year.

Received email that test results were…
Received email that test results were in the portal. Opened portal and it indicated there were no test results yet. Did this several days later and then 2 weeks later with the same results. Had to call twice and sign a HIPPA form to get the results finally sent to me.

Incomplete results
The results were very fast and there were a number of findings, but no report interpreting the results. My urologist was even confused by the presentation. He said the results are useless without a report. I inquired about this with MicroGenDX and received no response.
