Amazing, fast, and detailed customer service!!!

Edgar was awesome. He listened to me. We solve the problem and he was great at listening to me about a problem that I had with the provider Jamie @ Majestic Beauty Spa PLLC in buckeye, Arizona

Justin listened closely before responding. He had great explanations and leads for the process I needed to correct. All was corrected and set up for my 6-month deferred interest plan. A duplicated charge was eliminated as well.

Diana was really nice & helpful for our client!! It was such a pleasant experience & she was so patient & helpful.

My callback was quick and my questions were answered effectively and in a very friendly manner.

I truly appreciate the efforts of Diana in helping me get set up my account and all the other properties associated with the payment source, the payment amount, and the recurring. Some of the difficulties had to do with my interpretation of the website properties and Diana led me through them with extreme clarity, professional demeanor, and kindness above and beyond customer support these days. Thank you Diana.

Justin was helpful and knowledgeable about the process. He was very assuring and assuaged my concerns.

My experience with Justin was amazing! He was extremely helpful in helping fulfill what I needed done! So appreciative for the positive experience :)
