I was very pleased with my overall experience using PatientFi. The application process is easy and when I was told that they needed further info to process my application, they called me right back and we took care of that portion so that I could move on in the process. Alfredo was helpful and polite, answering any and all questions I had regarding payment plans.

Today about 3pm I learned that my procedure scheduled for the next morning has additional costs and payment needs to be arranged before the procedure. I called PatientFi, spoke with Eder and after a few moments he told me I wasn’t immediately approved BUT he said he will be there until 7pm and he would do what he can to see if he can get an approval before then. He called at about 6:30pm and told me I was approved. I’m very impressed that he made it a priority to assist me . THANK YOU!
