I would like to take a moment to recognize Alex with The Retention Group for the outstanding customer service she provided throughout my experience. Alex was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, she demonstrated professionalism, patience, compassion, and a genuine willingness to help. She was always pleasant to speak with, attentive to my concerns, and made me feel heard and respected during an extremely stressful time in my life. What stood out to me most about Alex was her kindness and dedication. She consistently showed understanding and made an effort to assist me whenever I had questions or concerns. It's not every day that you encounter someone who makes you feel like more than just another customer, and I truly appreciate her for that. She deserves recognition for the wonderful job she does. Although my overall experience with The Retention Group did not turn out as I had hoped, particularly regarding the financial assistance and foreclosure prevention services I believed I would receive, I want to acknowledge that Alex personally made a positive difference in my experience. I did experience financial disappointment and challenges with the outcome, and I sincerely hope the company continues working toward clearer communication and better resolutions for homeowners facing difficult circumstances. Nevertheless, I want to give Alex the recognition she deserves. Her professionalism, compassion, and exceptional customer service did not go unnoticed.
