This company and the work they do is awesome. My two reps were Mrs Alex and Mrs Julia. My mortgage company was defeated to the point where I had years and payments reduced! I cannot explain it, but this company is the terrific. They know more things about how mortgages and mortgage companies work. I’m definitely in a better position! I praise JESUS for everything first and foremost!

I had a wonderful experience working with the Retention Group for mortgage assistance. From the beginning, they were professional, understanding, and supportive during a very stressful time. They took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and help me understand the options available to me. I truly appreciate their patience, communication, and dedication to helping me with my mortgage situation. Having someone knowledgeable in my corner made such a big difference and gave me peace of mind throughout the process. I’m extremely grateful for all of their help and would absolutely recommend the Retention Group to anyone who needs mortgage assistance . Thank you for everything!

The representatives took their time and worked with my mortgage company to get them to reason with giving me the assistance that I needed, and I am forever grateful for them because it could have went totally different without their help. I recommend anyone that’s in a hardship to reach out to the retention group for Assistance.
