I would highly recommend Ann Montes from Pathway Lenders. When I reached out to Pathway, I was very cautious about what to expect. Ann very patiently went through all our options without any pressure to proceed. I even had several phone calls after my initial contact with her and she was ALWAYS sensitive and concerned that we would feel comfortable going forward with Pathway. I was genuinely surprised that it was more important to her that we felt we were doing the right thing and that if this wasn’t the way we wanted to go, she was OK with that too. Each and every time we spoke, she listened intently to our situation and exhibited sincere understanding, traits that reflect on what a kind, honest, and compassionate person she is.

David was honest with me. He didn't lie and say I would qualify for a loan I had no chance of getting and gave me quality advice about my financial situation and how best to get back on my feet
