PatchmakersusaReviews of patchmakersusa.com

Working with Patchmakers USA was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the very beginning, Daniel took the time to listen to my vision and truly understand what I was trying to create. These weren’t standard patches—I had custom designs inspired by my business, and he treated my ideas with care and professionalism throughout the entire process. What stood out to me most was his integrity. There was an unexpected delay in production, and rather than making excuses, Daniel communicated with me, apologized, and made sure I received my order in time for my upcoming events. That level of accountability meant a great deal to me. Then, when my package arrived, I was completely blown away. Not only was the quality exceptional—far better than I had imagined—but he went above and beyond by including additional patches, even designs that I hadn’t been able to order because of my budget. Receiving those extras was such an unexpected blessing and reminded me that there are still businesses that genuinely care about their customers. The craftsmanship is outstanding, the colors are vibrant, and every detail exceeded my expectations. Seeing my vision become a tangible reality was an unforgettable moment. Because of this experience, I won’t be looking for another patch company. Patchmakers USA has earned my trust and my future business. I also look forward to working with Daniel on future sublimation projects. If you’re looking for quality work, excellent communication, and someone who truly values their customers, I highly recommend Patchmakers USA. Thank you again, Daniel, for helping bring my vision to life.

What a great company we just had our first team patches made and by far the best company I have ever used willing to listen happy to help no matter how small the questions and general friendly experience making it feel very calm

These patches are amazing better than I ever imagined

We had a full custom patch design. And their team was very easy to work with. They advised what will look good and we went with their feedback. Turned out to be a very well made. It looked exactly as the final proof that they provided.

Very confusing process when doing multiple patches. Asked to reverify preferences so many times. 4 of the 7 patches had errors, 1 was and error I didn't catch on the mock up, the rest were their error, one of them I reiterated 3 times and it still came wrong. Offered nothing in return for the errors. Also they were made in Pakistan and I received an additional fed ex bill for tariff charges, none of this was made clear by the company

The Representative Eric was very helpful. The cost was very reasonable. The quality is beautiful and timely!!!

Muy buena me gusta

I absolutely cannot thank or recommend this company more!! Daniel was extremely helpful. I had a VERY last minute order to make, as I suddenly needed to order embroidered keychains for an event. In under 10 days, Patch Makers USA was able to make my design a reality, taking my design requests and adjustments and turning them into reality, and delivering them perfectly on time. Daniel was extremely communicative and helped work with my budget. The keychains are absolutely beautiful as well. I love them and so did event attendees - they praised how beautiful the keychains are and the uniqueness of the embroidery! They really are perfect and so pretty. Thanks a million - I HIGHLY recommend this company and will ABSOLUTELY be back to place a non-rush order!!
