Absolute worst company. Amazon needs to terminate their contract with then. How is it my package has been out for delivery since October 13 in a small country of barbados and today is now the 24th and I still haven't received my package. Mind you I called twice a week apart and was told someone would call me or I would get the delivery by a certain day and I've not received anything. What made me more angry is that I was told I could go to the warehouse for it. Wtf must I go to a warehouse and use up my time and gas to collect a package when you guys a providing a service where you delivery to the address. Absolute worst company I've ever come across

Decepcionante servicio. No entregan nunca nada a tiempo. Si un pedido dice que llega el viernes, son tan descarados que no lo dejan ni para el sábado, lo pasan para la otra semana para el día que les da la gana y uno ahí necesitando algo que llegó al país hace mucho. Normalmente uno compra cosas que necesita recibir pronto y estos se toman toda la vida si es posible. Además, ¿a qué empresa se le ocurre no tener línea de atención al cliente por WhatsApp??? No sé ni como tienen contrato con Amazon…

empresa de mrd..., el pedido se retraso demasiado y llevo esperando demasiado tiempo. casi un mes por un pedido de estimacion de dos semanas

Pésima transportadora Lo envíos de Amazon siempre se retrasan con ellos, su servicio al cliente no soluciona nada, que lastima que Amazon trabaje con esta empresa tan mala. No merecen ni una estrella.

Es una pena confirmarlo pero cuando Amazon envia por otras empresas no hay atrasos ni problemas con las entregas. Es una lastima que al tener la oportunidad de crecer a través de Amazon como empresa de envíos se enreden y ni siquiera el teléfono contesten.

Absolutely Horrendous service!!! It is bewildering as to why Amazon continues to use them???? Honestly... !!! In one case, the Amazon website said out for delivery on the Thursday....and nothing. I called the Friday to be told it was out for delivery again......and nothing. Called on the Monday and the agent had no idea where my package was because it was last updated on Friday! To make matters worse, I was told that they deliver on Saturdays - so it should have been delivered by now! All the agent could do was leave a note requesting my items be delivered by Tuesday "the latest???!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! (BARBADOS)

Thieves. All they do is steal packages and make up excuses

there is no way for me to put this in a nice way.i have tried to be polite, patient and respectful .this company sucks. after 100 times write to PasarEx , Medellin , Colombia and also to Amazon the opening hours of my business PasarEx still come at ridiculous houres Saturday evening at 7pm, Sunday at rpm and on holidays. when Amazon go change to a reliable delivery service. internet is full with complaints about this company , look comments on their website,only negative, and so as always in Colombia they don't care because customer service no exist in this country
