Purchases Two (2) Lennox 12J90 Hard Start Kits.  Original order damaged in shipment because items were not packed with protection.  Items were returned and refunded.  Re-Ordered Two (2) 12J90 Lennox Hard Start Kits Again.  *One of the Kits I had returned damaged was "re-sent to me " The packing I put in the box was there.  The same connectors were bent and the wiring was damaged. The installation instructions with mounting screws are also missing.  I sent three (3) requests to replace the one (1) damaged Hard Start Kit. No response or replacement has been received by me. Why?  Unacceptable because I purchased them to install in my two condensors and cannot because one (1) is inoperative or damaged. PartzStop should make this right and replace the damaged 12J90 Hard Start Kit

I received a broken item the first time around spent several days trying to get in touch with a customer support person to try and resolve the issue. I reached out through Facebook messenger as well as email.

I have not received the product yet... its way over due.

Receive the wrong part weeks ago n costumer service hasn’t got back to me. To order fast but to return horrible!

I ordered 2 schluter 12x12 shower niches. Only 1 has arrived. I contacted the company 5 days ago when the 1 arrived. Still haven’t received another one. Still haven’t received even an email that another one is being shipped. I’ve got a shower waiting on a niche for me to complete.

Part was listed as in stock. I placed the order and received a prompt acknowledgment email. A second e-mail with tracking was sent same day. My card was charged same day. 1 week later no part. Tracking number has this as preshipment. When I inquired about delay, I was told USPS has material. When I replied, reiterating USPS tracking still shows preshipping, they have been given the ordered material, silence. No reply, no material and no cash🤬

Misleading info and photo to trick customers to buy what display but it wasn’t. Need to return for refund.
