I purchased what I needed to fix my AC and paid for overnight. The part was easy to find and the price was below average from other sites. It may have got lost in the mail because it took over a week to get it and the company refunded my overnight payment. Easy to use site, below average pricing, and great customer service. I will buy from here again.

Good price, fast shipping A+++

It was a typical online ordering experience. I investigated the part I wanted and found the website. I placed the order myself, it was fulfilled and shipped promptly. Nothing to complain about.

Placed order on Saturday, received items on following Thursday. Parts are OEM and shipped intact. My only detraction is that they notify you as "shipped" when the shipping label is made, which was a day earlier than when it actually shipped. Their price was noticeably lower than others, including Amazon.

Part was not shipped on time. Three day delay; did not match prior verbal agreement. Part quality outstanding, matched description.

Ordered received in a few days. Less expensive than where I usually order from. I plan on ordering from them again. Very satisfied!!
