I ordered my costumes on October 3rd and paid extra for the 2-5 day shipping. Here it is October 11th and I have not received it yet. I went on the website to track it and it has not be shipped yet. I have emailed costumer service two times in two days with not response. Poor service in my opinion.

Poor Customer Service attitude & assistance 4-8-19. Tried to purchase Helium balloon arrangement but was told NO HELIUM available at Nile nor neighboring stores. Stores was out of Helium for the week but CUSTOMER COULD PURCHASE HELIUM TANK ($32.00) and do yourself. I asked why wouldn't store use what was available to them service purchase request. NO ANSWER. Apparently undertrained staff. No manger available to assist with resolution. My solution: Bought same tank for $20 @ Target/across the street.
