Party City is the absolute worst. I placed and order with them this week for my son's 10th birthday. The order said Est. deliver will be 12/13/19. So I said great. I placed my order and would you believe when I checked the order status it said to be delivered by 12/17/19. When I finally got through to someone after being hung up on several times. I spoke with a young lady who said with ground it could take up to 3-5 business days. I said what, but your site which I have the print out that says ...estimate delivery 12/13/19. If I knew you guys had no intention of sticking to that day I would not have ordered with you all. Better yet, why would you guys not be truthful and say the delivery date will be from 12/13-12/17. Why would you mislead people to believe that you can provide a product by a certain date when in actually you can not. You guys are the worst and continue to be. You force people to strictly deal with Amazon..Walmart and Target. I am so disappointed in your company. And you will see failure in the future if you continue to mistreat and mislead people. I learned my lesson. NEVER AGAIN.

Super unhappy with Party City! I placed an order November 22nd and selected rush shipping to receive my order in 2-5 business days and it still has not shipped. I have emailed so many times I have lost track now and no one with help me. The order says it was sent to "international processing center" November 25th and had not moved since. My event has now passed for half of the items and it doesn't look like I am ever going to get the rest of the order and no one will contact me back on what is going on with the order or help my solve this problem. I have never had such bad service in my life!

Heb mijn pakket nooit ontvangen. Kreeg pas na drie weken een reactie dat het pakket kwijt was geraakt. Feestje was toen al lang geweest..... Ga hier nooit meer bestellen.

2x een bestelling gedaan en betaald en niets ontvangen op de datum dat geleverd zou worden. Mail verstuurd binnen 48 uur zou ik antwoord krijgen....maar niets!!! Ben nu toch wel erg boos dacht dat ik wel een betrouwbare site had. Niet dus!!!! Lees nu ook de reverencies van hun en dat is schrikbarend hoe slecht. Koop dus nooit bij hun je wordt genaaid. Zeer teleurgesteld! 1 ster nog niet eens waard!!!!!

Die Lieferzeit ist katastrophal. 8-10 Tage muss man einplanen. Zudem war die Sendung fehlerhaft. Leider nur email support, keine Telefonnummer zu finden. Mehrmaliger email Kontakt zum Kundenservice blieb unbeantwortet, sodass ich für Sachen bezahlt habe, die nie angekommen sind. Betrügerische Machenschaften. Geld kassieren dann nicht mehr antworten.

Foutieve informatie over levertijd. Geen enkel contact mogelijk met klantenservice, echt nul respons. Slechtste webshop allertijden. Er is een snellere reactie op deze reviews dan dat je antwoord krijgt op vragen of überhaupt je bestelling ontvangt. Ik wil mijn geld terug.

Geen ster waardig! Tot op heden niks vernomen en mijn bestelling nog steeds niet binnen. Zie andere reviews; oplichterij en hier dus niks bij bestellen! Teleurgestelde klant!

Op 12-11 een bestelling geplaatst bij PartyCity. Op 14-11 kreeg ik een mail dat het verzonden zou worden. En dat het op 20-11 bezorgd zou worden. Helaas 25-11 nog steeds niks ontvangen.. PartyCity adverteert met “snelle bezorging 2-3 dagen” helaas klopt dit dus echt niet! Ze zijn niet telefonisch bereikbaar, alleen per mail echter word daar niet op gereageerd... Hopelijk komt het allemaal nog op tijd binnen heb er alleen een hard hoofd in. Heel jammer.
