I was sent an email for a coupon code by Party City itself but when I went to use the coupon it would not work. I emailed the company twice about honoring their promo code and did not hear back from them. If Party City will not honor promo then why send it to my personal email aside to make me very upset at checkout!

I went to three party cities that said they have a custume online. When I got there I was told they didn't have any in stock. I was told to order online, when I did I paid for next day shipping and then received an email that it would arrive in 4 days. This sucks!!! I recommend amazon, party city SUCKS!

Achtung Betrüger! Ware gekauft.

This was the worst place i have ever had to deal with to get a delivery. Firstly their tracking system is horrible and never up to date.. Then you pay extra to ensure you get an item on time and still are not guarenteed you will get it. It was the worst experience i have ever had and will NEVER deal with this company again. Also dont be fooled by the canadian site address. They unwillingly ship from the states so when a customer thinks items are coming within canada... wrong... they are NOT... Think twice before ordering form this company and if you do.. just dont be dependant on a date of arrival.. just to be safe.
