Placed an online order on Monday..The online order stated the store had 2 of the items I was looking for but 10 minutes after I ordered the order was cancelled. OK but I didn't expect them to NOT refund me my money that day. It's almost been a WEEK and NO REFUND! I am beyond pissed because why let a customer purchase something not in stock. Mark the item SOLD OUT but don't take people money then they still don't have the product or money!

Was told delivery would be between 4 and 6. Driver, who was driving a Hertz rental, arrived at 3 pm with balloons. I was not home but she called me and said she was on her own schedule and that I could contact customer service. Waited on line for someone to pick up at customer service for 90 MINUTES and then gave up. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER ANSWERED. TERRIBLE SERVICE! TERRIBLE COMPANY!

I'm just in awe. I ordered balloons for my daughters 18th Birthday/ Graduation Celebration on May 16th. It was already hectic trying to order online because the system kept crashing. I finally was able to order after a week of trying. They were supposed to deliver May 29th wich was yesterday from 4p -7p. They never showed. No phone call. Their phone system was saying that they were busy. All 5 store numbers that I tried. Today been on hold for 45 min and still holding trying to get a refund. Their Chat line crashed in the middle of " I think , I may get my refund". I'm so done. Smh. I wont be doing anymore business with them for a while. Smh

Price is worth it if you buy it in store. My order was posted many times delivery tomorrow/Today. Im still waiting 2 weeks later. DO NOT BELIEVE THE SHIPPING DATES.

Customer Service is a joke! I am missing 2 items from my order. I have called, and stayed on hold OVER AN HOUR... TWICE! On hold right this minute! For over 20 minutes so far. The LIVE CHAT option shows no agents are available. There is no "reply" options for the confirmation or order emails, as they are sent from a "donotreply" email. And, the CONTACT US form shows they do not respond to comments... I have still sent at least 5 so far. I am missing 2 items that I was charged for. I either need my items or a refund! I have called 2 store locations. They can not help me, and they can only provide the same 800 number that I have already called. This is ridiculous! Seriously! How can I get my money back????? ***UPDATE 6/10/2020*** I sent a message through the Party City Facebook page and got a response within an hour. They refunded me for the 2 missing products and the 1 melted candy. So weird to me that they have someone on top of Facebook messages but not phone calls. Will still not be ordering through the corporate website again. A sales associate in a local store told me I can order for "pick up" at the store... THEN the store could have helped.

I made two Orders since May 6th and 7th... the order was over 300 dollars stuff for my son 5th birthday who is on May 19th. Base on the Items they told me that I supose to receive them on May 13th. Guess what? I still not receive them. When I called I spent two hours on the line with no one pick up. I called the next day same thing. I obliged to buy most of the stuff on Amazon thinking that I will receive them on time. Guess what ? I finally received a tracking number which said I will receive my order on the May 26th. I Will never buy from Party city. I will return the box back when I received it. I am extremely disappointed !

I ordered 9 balloons for my Mom for Mothers Day. Cost was $42.30 #258215618. They arrived late and only one balloon was inflated. Do they think people have helium tanks? My 85yo Mother didn't understand and neither could I. I will repost when I hear back from them. They haven't been answering their phones.

Placed an order online for pick up. Turned out it went to Naperville IL to be sent UPS. this was just supposed to be a simple place order online go pick it up. However this has been going on for a week. And no response from them. I’m getting tired of calling and sending messages. I do understand what’s going on in the world.
