The young guy at the counter was beyond arrogant and rude. I don’t know why he was maybe he doesn’t like Asians but his way of behaving towards me was really unbelievable. I also found that while I swiped my credit card it quickly gave the music notification and the ✅ sign , so i assumed my card rang up the transaction. However he just rudely remarked Ma’m you haven’t paid . Its embarrassing but I just let him know I had gotten notifications that my card was previously approved. But I went ahead and inserted it again. It might be a problem with their card machine etc but my intentions were honest.!! Yet he was arrogant about it when I explained this. Im not going to Sawmill Party city ever again. If basic politeness isint available, its best to not go.

I ordered some stuff online and they charged me the wrong amount my total was $38 and they charged me $30 at first and once they shipped my stuff they charged me the actual $38 I waited because I thought it would get fixed and charged me the rest of what I should be paying, both payments are posted on my account called them and the lady was no use she told me to wait 14 days lol and that she only sees the $38 that I paid. Waste of my time and money.

Absoluter dreck!! Ich habe eine Cat Woman Maske gekauft und das Produkt das mir geliefert wurde ist eine absolute Frechheit. Anstelle der auf der Website beworbenen Maske wurde mir ein billiger Papp Ausschnitt von einem Gesicht mit aufgedruckter Maske geschickt. Überhaupt nicht zu gebrauchen! Das grenzt schon an Betrug!! Nie wieder!! Kauft bloß nicht bei Party City!!

This company sent me broken products and never even bothered to send a return email to me upon my sending one letting them know. I was charged in full and never replied to.

DO NOT Order On-Line if you are expecting stuff for a party on a specific date. They use BOARDFREE which is a TERRIBLE service!! Waiting 23 days and counting 4 days past our event. Hundreds of dollars worth of stuff for nothing. Party City please change your Fulfillment Center. You know there is a problem. You won't answer the phones and won't reply to emails. Never again!!

I ordered a bouquet of birthday balloons from the Dorchester MA store to be delivered between 3-4pm on my husbands birthday. When they hadn't arrived by 5pm I called the store. They had the balloons there waiting but 1) did not know why they hadn't been picked up for delivery, 2) had no idea who to contact to arrange delivery, and 3) had no idea if they would be delivered that day or not. They were for a birthday so I cancelled them and asked for a refund. They couldn't process a refund because the manager that can do these things was not working but the manager I was speaking to left a note for the other manager to process the refund. She asked me to call back the next day to make sure it was done (which is ridiculous in itself). When I called back they had no idea about the refund so I gave all of the information again and was told it would take 3-5 days to be processed because they had to request the refund from "corporate". Six days later, no refund, no reply from my email to corporate, I called corporate instead of the store and went through everything again and the customer service representative who then put me on hold to call the store I had ordered from to ask them to process the refund!?!?! He assured me that the shop had sent corporate a request for a refund but corporate did not receive it??? I officially got an email about my refund afterward (which didn't happen before) so hopefully it actually happens in the "3-5 or maybe 7-10 business days" it will take! I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering as it seems that this has happened to a lot of people. Do not order for delivery from this company!!!

Spent over 25.00 for balloons for grandsons birthday. With the exception of one balloon, they were all flat the next morning. Less than 12 hours later. DO NOT GO TO PARTY CITY PORT HURON MICHIGAN for your balloons unless you are looking to waste your time and money.

I will never order anything online from this store again. I place an order for almost $ 100 and then found out the next day that I was double charged for it. Being on the phone with CS didn't help me at all, there was no explanation why and whether they can cancel additional charges. I will see how I will be able to pick up my staff for my son't birthday and update my review accordingly
