Party CityReviews of partycity.com

Excellent service at Cedarhill. It was like I was walking around with a party planner. It is graduation time so they were all very busy but that did not stop them from delivering excellent service

(WOW, low reviews on this page, I'm surprised!) Recently, I created an account and set up a delivery in Rockford. Jim left me a voicemail confirming the details of the order and also informing me that they had run out of robin blue napkins, but that they could replace it with a comparable item in lavender. Also clarified how the arrangement would be put together. Appreciate this communication and the delivery was on time and the recipient was overwhelmed, truly touched and happy! THANK YOU for helping make someone's day super special! =)

Consigliato!

The dollar store is not selling birthday items during the covid lockdowns. I went to the party city website and most of their stuff was available for shipping. The prices were a bit more expensive than the dollar store but when you cannot get the things anywhere else, the tiny bit extra was not a big deal. I could not believe how quickly it all arrived! Within two days the stuff was at my door. Very impressed with Party City. Exceeded my expectations.

Jim the manager is always very helpful and cheerful! He as well as other employees and managers at that location consistently offer excellent customer service. They seem to really care about your event and getting you what you would like. When comparing shopping Amazon or other stores this is the place. They have the best product and price as well as great customer service! Thank-you Party City! * Found a beautiful selection of candy for my daughters wedding as well as lovely napkins and other decor.
