Aún no recibo mi reembolso, ya hice el procedimiento que me indicaron y aún así no he recibido nada.

Al principio todo bien peeo ya despues no me gusto que se me fueran haciendo rebajos de dineeo

Emerald was helpful in resolving my issues. However, the experience of using partybunk.com was very frustrating. There was a facebook ad for food storage containers that I ordered from. Then after I thought I had ordered them, partybunk.com charged me for the order dollar amount plus another $16 for "membership". I messaged partybunk.com to check the status of my order of the containers and they stated that they did not have an order for the items. That was when I found out the charges were actually "memberships" and not actual order. Their ads are very misleading.

I got signed up for an account or membership I didn't actually sign up for and charged fees for said account without my permission. However, Emerald with the escalation team is working to make it right and get my full refund issued, thanks Emerald.
