Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!! I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my refund, and instead i got $ 2500 of fraud charges on my card. Worst customer service ever, no follow through. Emerald, who wanted me to write a fake review so i can get my refund, never followed through. Talked to the company, messaged and emailed. Nothing!!

I followed an ad to the site, and discovered it wasn't what I thought I was getting into. The escalation team was willing to make an exception and resolved my situation, if I made a review that said they cleared my issue. I agreed to leave the review, after the refund was made. after a week I did as they asked, but still didn't refund the charges. So I am updateing this review to reflect current status. I am reporting it to my bank instead. Thank you Emerald, Thank you, Escalation Team

This company is a fraudulent nightmare. I take back my previous semi-positive review, which i only copied and pasted at the request of someone from the supposed "Escalation" department of "partybunk.com", who replied to my complaints and agreed to grant my refund IF I leave a review saying they gave me a refund AND requesting that I give them at least 4 stars. They do respond to threats to report them to BBB for their scam operation (which it is) and unauthorized charges to your account. My threats were not empty. I will follow through now and do whatever I can to put them on blast. They never gave me my refund AND I've just been notified that they've charged me yet again for a "downgraded" membership. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM OPERATION! ZERO STARS!
