Part Time PilotReviews of parttimepilot.com

Informative lessons are not overwhelming, good pace and order of lessons thus far. Part Time Pilot has many other learning avenues you can take part in as well. They have a Facebook group, podcast, YouTube videos. Great email support with almost instant replies. They offer scholarships and plenty of bonus content. I researched other ground schools and ultimately felt this was the best and I am not disappointed

PTP is more than I could have hoped for in a online ground school. It allowed me to work through it at my own pace. Nick provided us with weekly live sessions, and had them recorded so that we can rewatch if we needed to rewatch or missed it completely. He is completely invested in our success! The resources he provides flash cards, comprehensive course review, and practice tests, as well as tons of video content, and podcasts were a tremendous help. Nick goes over not just the simple problems, but the more complex equations to make sure understand whatever questions the FAA written throws your way. I came in with no flight training, barely knew what lift and thrust were. My baseline test for the course I think I got 5-10 answers correct. I passed the FAA written test on 10/4 with a score of an 85. Nick thank you for creating PTP and making it about the students success not a money grab!

Part Time Pilot has a great organized course that is user friendly and makes it easy to learn each concept. There is a Facebook group and weekly lives to ask questions and listen in on. Overall the best option in my opinion.

part time pilot is a very well organized ground school and very easy to navigate around. Nick has a good way of teaching his students and makes everything as clear as possible. And he also communicates with his students and does live streams. he really takes the time to make sure his students are successful.

Very happy with this program! I researched other online ground schools and they didn’t offer near as much as Part Time Pilot does. I feel confident that I’m going to pass with no problem.

The Part Time Pilot Ground School is an essential tool for those pursuing their Private Pilot's license. Whether you are just beginning or near the end of your training, this ground school is key to building confidence in understanding the material and preparing for the FAA written exam. By providing various formats of content, such as podcasts, live sessions, videos, etc. it allows you to engage with the material in numerous ways. That helps increase your understanding of the content, and the quizzes confirm if you're fully grasping the concepts. I'd recommend this online ground school to anyone looking for multiple ways of learning which enable you to study on your own time with great online support.

I started using Part Time Pilot after extensively reviewing the alternate online ground school. Nick provides a great platform with an array of materials in order to reach every one of his students in the most convenient way possible. I really enjoy the outlay of his website as well as his weekly podcasts and youtube videos that explain each topic in great detail. The post-lesson quizzes really ensure you understand the topic before moving on and the fact that there are no time restraints makes this course extremely useful for someone who does not have a lot of time on their hands as I do. I would recommend Part Time Pilot to any of my friends and already have via Facebook Pages like Airplanes and Coffee and to a co-worker who just got into working towards their PPL!

Nick is very knowledgeable and explains things very well. I like the podcasts and the structure of the program. The daily emails remind me to study. This is the best program I have found so far.
