I forgot to include part of the kit I returned to them and offered to pay to send the rest at my own expense, and they agreed. But once they received the rest of the kit they refused to refund the balance saying they were "unable" to do so because too much time has passed. eBay says they were wrong, I told them that and they still refuse. They now have the full kit and $500 of my money. Totally dishonest company. Believe the bad reviews, they are all consistent.

I purchased 2 O2 Sensors from Parts Container thought eBay. Since they were installed, I have had to take my truck into a service center due same service code. I was advised that the voltage on these O2 sensors do not work with my truck. 2015 GMC Canyon although EBay showed they would. After contacting Parts Container for a refund I was refused as I am a week out of the 30 day return window. They refuse a refund even though they send me the wrong parts. It took this long for the error code to reappear and get the truck into the service center and the correct parts ordered and installed.

Don’t trust this company. They also had eBay removed my negative feedback about them. eBay bad parts container is terrible. I don’t recommend using this company for car needs. eBay and parts container together scammed me .

The parts that were clearly advertised were genuine OM parts but what I received after a long delay on my order was after market! They danced around the issue many different ways and did offer a return but never offered what I actually ordered. I will never order from them or newparts again!

Junk Peddling Crooks: "PartsContainer" on eBay, aka newparts.com, aka partscontainer.com. They sell as "PartsContainer" on eBay, which is where I have had my troubles with them. They sold me an $800 BMW headlight that was missing parts, and say they will do nothing unless I send them photos of the missing parts that I never received. Think about this crappy circular policy... how do you send photos of what you did not get? These guys are just crooks. I have had to dispute the charge to eBay, they forced it.
