PartscatalogReviews of partscatalog.com

Ordered a 1 piece exhaust with catalytic converter. Exhaust was correct but both gasket were not even close to being correct. Cost me an extra $50 for the correct gaskets. Contacted customer service(Keith) via email and they did nothing. Keith told me to return the whole order even though it was just the gaskets. That would have set us back over a week getting the Mini back on the road. I asked for compensation for the incorrect gaskets and Keith just ignored me.

Customer service was terrible. I ordered brake pads and rotors and for some reason they split the order up and one came a week later and one came three days after that. They played dumb every time I contacted customer service telling me that the parts were already there. I would not buy from them again. In addition the boxes arrived in a disgusting condition. Update!!! The second package never arrived. Partscatolog want to wait before filing with UPS and reshipping or crediting me.

NO customer service available with talk life person.Automated system does not have the option to ask questions.Even on web site shown IN STOCK they did not have it.No answers through email or repeated automated answer with SORRY but no any improvement

Bought a set of floor mats, because their website advertised orders would be delivered in 2-3 days, which meant they'd arrive before my new vehicle did. PartCatalog did not even ship the floor mats for 5 days, and the mats did not arrive until 15 days after the order was placed. I have sent two emails to them over the past week, with no reply. Poor shipping, poor customer service. I will update this review if they reach out and offer a remedy.

This company advertises "Get Parts that Fit Your Ride Perfectly" but they sold me door molding strips that were 2" short for the place on the vehicle. Not too large so they can be trimmed, but TOO SHORT. What is the point of entering a make/model if they just send random length moldings and say "too bad, these aren't exact replicas." They use this excuse for every mistake and ripoff?
