The customer support is unbeatable. A live person picks up the phone with no wait time! The response was kind and constructive and the issue was resolved fast and easy. By the way, there was a carrier's fault, NOT a Partsbuilt 3D fault. We are a happy customer and it is good to know that there is a great service to help with hard-to-find parts for your 3D printer.

I was desperate for a fan for my Prusa MK3. My usual goto was out of stock and I was dead in the water. I found this site on reddit and I am so glad that I did! Not only did they ship the fan super fast, they also included small zip ties because they knew that I would need them when replacing my fan. And it came with a personalized note which is always a nice touch! They have earned my future business!
