PartiqlarReviews of partiqlar.com

I was shown a total bill for the amount of $129 w/free shipping. When I was billed a separate fee for $3.90 shows up for international shipping and advertising. This company is a complete SCAM! Don't trust them!

Do not purchase!!! It’s been nearly a month and I still don’t have my order. Convinced, based on other reviews, that I’ve been scammed.

I placed an order on December 27th and received immediate tracking. A month later, the parcel hasn't moved and no one answers emails or phone calls. I should've done more research on this company as I now believe this is not a legitimate company. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company

Ordered 170 dollars worth of supplements, they send me an email with order number and my receipt. 3 weeks later still waiting on a shipping notification so I call the "Customer service" heavy quotes on that one. The obligatory Punjabi answers and proceeds to waste an hour of my life placing me on hold, just not speaking, or hanging up on me. Starting to think this company is just a complete scam even though I've ordered from them before. Trash, find another avenue for supplements.

I was not aware that I signed up for a subscription and I have tried multiple times to cancel the subscription to with no success.I keep getting charged. Although I love the product

The product caused me to break out in a blotchy itchy rash. To add insult to injury, I have still not received a refund despite the company's promises to issue one right after receiving my returned product. It has been nearly a month. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PRODUCT OR COMPANY!

On 12/6 I ordered a product from them, and paid $46. On 12/24 I emailed their customer service to see about a refund or a new shipment sent out since tracking showed no updates since 12/21 where my order was stuck in MI. I got a response from Kimberley telling me my order "was delayed but would arrive shortly" and offering a 10% refund. So I waited until 12/27 and emailed again asking for a refund because there's been no package delivery and still no tracking update, and I feel a 10% refund is ridiculous for an order that is LOST. Kimberley responded that she would "follow up with their shipping partner" - which is USPS btw- to see if my order could be located and if it couldn't or wouldn't be delivered promptly, they'd issue my a refund. So I waited another 3 days days with no update from Kimberley. So I emailed again 12/31 asking for a full refund. Tracking still shows no update since 12/21. And you what good ol Kimberley said? She said they'd "confirmed with carrier that my order was still in transit and would arrive soon". And then again offered a 10% refund. It's USPS. There's still no tracking update. My order is LOST. So I filed a MonkProtect claim on my order that was APPROVED, emailed Kimberley back with the claim approval and reiterated I wanted a refund. In 5 more days it will have been a month since I ordered. This is the company's customer service. If you absolutely have to have this brand, I recommend ordering thru Amazon if you have Prime. That way you know you can actually get a refund if it doesn't show up. If my order does by some miracle show up a month from now, I'll be returning it, assuming their 60 day money back guarantee is even legit. At this point I'd seriously question any guarantee they give. UPDATE: And within a few hours of posting this review and another one on Facebook, I get an email receiving a full refund. Not impressed with this company. I shouldn't have had to argue for a refund in this instance or post crappy reviews to get things moving.

Scam!!I received a package with supplements I didn’t order and on top of that with a monthly subscription I called them several times with no success
