I ordered a six month supply (3 bottles). Thinking that if is was going to work six months would be enough time to see some changes. I've been taking one pill a day every morrning for the last three months. I can say I have an improvement in my health over all. Being 73 any improvement is a big deal. Specifically I have more energy, becomming more active, my skin has has gone from thin alligator like to a softer thicker skin. being a male and 73 one area I though was in the past is making a resurgence. If this keeps up will be taking there partiqlar nmn for the rest my life
