I can relate to others on here/ upset about how their order got to them. 1) my body seems to be responding to the products in a positive way. 2) i hope the products are as pure as everyone seems to think 3) YES you order a bundle - you get ONE bottle - then you wonder where the rest of your order is? You write them / they seem, not to know that you ordered a bundle ..but send the rest anyway..its weird / it feels weird ..it does not instill confidence in the company, their product, or the quality of their product.- So..If they want better reviews they should conduct themselves in a more professional way...when my one bottle came/ a note inside stating ...the rest of your order is on the way / would have have been nice. BUT NO..I had to write to them to find out ..if they were even sending me the remainder of my order. ..Thats not right.

When I contacted you to get a Certificate of Analysis for the NR in my recent order, I got a reply that same day with a PDF of the Certificate.

I purchased the product, received it, and that day I took 1 pill. About 30 minutes later, I began feeling my heart skipping beats. When I researched the side effects of taking probiotics, some contain histamines that can cause what I felt. Because of that incident, I can't truly say how effective the probiotic is. I wish the company included ingredients on its bottle and on its website, which would help people to do the research before buying it. I will say that the company did give me a partial refund which was a goof-faith effort, anyway.
