Participant Uses Counterfeit Shipping Labels
I ordered an item from Participant, paid for shipping insurance, and never received it. I initially believed it was misdelivered, but I later discovered the seller used a counterfeit USPS label, which was intercepted and of course never delivered. Participant’s tracking number is 9459736208303848578001, and USPS tracking identifies the label as counterfeit. Despite dozens of emails, Participant refuses to replace the item or issue a refund unless I obtain an “official” USPS document confirming the counterfeit label—a document USPS does not provide. They’ve created an impossible requirement to deny my refund. I paid them and received nothing. Their customer service has been an absolute nightmare. What's crazy to me is that they are doing all of this over a $20 item. It's like they don't care at all
