This company damaged a high priced and valuable item for our sports Charity fundraiser! and have sent them over 50 emails! whilst you're just fobbing me around and will be taking this further. We agreed a refund amount and only part of the refund has been done, and they keep fobbing me off! Absolutely atrocious for your delivery person to show up holding my entire massive frame purchase with one hand / naked frame - NO COVER, no protection whatsoever!!!!!!! Who does that??? No professionalism or shame whatsover and even tried to blame me! No wonder your rating on here is 3 stars - its a ZERO star from me!

This company have totally ripped me off. I paid a lot of money for collection and postage of any item they have broken. They are now refusing to send the item and are ignoring my requests for a full refund. I have been chasing for an update all week and being ignored. This packing company were recommended by the auction house. This company are not cheap and a completely hopeless operation. Appalling and please seriously think about throwing your money and goods down the drain.

Appalling customer service! I would never recommend this company, don’t even waste your time and go directly to some other company. Four emails, five telephone calls and 11wasted days. Can you imagine a customer chasing, the company to make the payment, and being given a runaround, don’t ever speak to Jon, man of no commitment to his work, the only response I got from the company, was when I sent my email to cancel my order, even then, the company could not be bothered to call me to apologised or try to make amends! Short feeble email with inaccuracies and excuses, but no substance. Please do not use this company take your business else were.
