DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY. Has all the appearance of a total scam. I tried to pay for parking at a RingGo car park and somehow ended up apparently signing up for an automatic monthly subscription of £39.99 to parkmycar/Neternality. Trying to contact the company is next to impossible. Ended up cancelling my cards.

Used Park My Car to pay by phone for street parking in Brighton Oct 24. There is no receipt message when your payment by phone had gone through, so by mistake I paid again,again, again and again. I ended up paying 4 times what I should have done and I was owed 40 GBP in refund. But this was impossible to get. I sent 2 emails with No Reply. They also made a direct debit to my credit card that I hadn't requested! The service and after sales care is quite SHOCKING.I would avoid Park My Car services if at all possible.
