First time purchasing with this company and while there was an issue with my order, Christine (customer advocate) went above and beyond to correct the problem and assure I was a happy customer. I truly appreciate the care given to me as an online customer. So often shopping online can feel very disconnected and it's hard to know what company you can trust. I would definitely recommend this company. The reason I would not go lower than a five (even though there were issues with the order) is because of the customer focus they provided. Errors happen in life. Providing top notch customer care and the stellar communication won me over. Thank you Christine.
