Robbed by 15.000€!
First of all, do not deposit any money into this online casino!!! I deposited a total of €700, which I played and won over €15,000. So far, so good. I tried to make withdrawals via Skrill, but it was REFUSED. Then I noticed that I couldn't even use the BANK TRANSFER option!! I left it as is. Two days later (today), I tried to access my account and it said that my data was not recognized. I contacted the assistant who told me I had to contact block department by email. If you notice, they ask me to contact the gambling hotline, when I didn't even block the account because I had €15,000 to withdraw. I will publish this situation repeatedly until it is properly resolved. It's purely ridiculous!! It's €15,000, not €15. I hope the entity has some shame and conscience and returns my winnings, as they were clean, unlike the casino which plays very dirty!
