I am a student and joined Paripesa last year during the Asia Cup offer (ASIA CUP1), which promised ₹1000 free bets. I already had some balance in my wallet but made an additional deposit to qualify. Unfortunately, my deposit was not credited, and by the time the issue was looked into, the free bet offer had already expired. On top of this, my ₹950 deposit made through the Best pay 24 gateway has still not been credited, even after 1 week. This is extremely frustrating. I also faced repeated problems with withdrawals. After multiple follow-ups, my withdrawal kept getting reversed back into my Paripesa wallet instead of being processed. This went on for 2–3 days and left me very stressed, especially since I have pending loans. Because my funds were stuck, I eventually used the balance to play and lost it. I want to make it clear that I am here to play fairly, not just for offers. The worst part is that even VIP support and live chat directed me to email, but priority emails are not receiving any response. One month ago, I would have happily rated Paripesa 5⭐️ because deposits and withdrawals were superfast. But today, I am forced to give a low rating because of these unresolved issues. I sincerely request Paripesa to refund my ₹950 deposit as well as ₹4,500 into my wallet as a goodwill gesture for a loyal user.
