Generally I’m happy with their service, but an order, which they said would be delivered by January 1, didn’t come and didn’t come and didn’t come. I finally had to call and, after checking on it, they said their Illinois place didn’t have any of my product. Why had I not been informed?!!! I was told it would be coming from California. I didn’t receive anything until January 10! I had to go out and purchase store brand product to tide me over! I am on an automated fill order deal. I was reprimanded for not figuring in the holiday when I ordered these. No apology. No attempt to make amends in any way. I was surprised by the lack of decent customer service. I continue to do automatic orders, but that situation really made me think about looking elsewhere. The next order came on time, so hopefully we’re back on track!

Dry direct pull up briefs have been great! They trap alot of liquid and keep it off of her skin. Tried a diaper version, different brand, but even tho it supposedly had NASA technology, they were horrible. Hard to get positioned and leaked like crazy. I like the subscribe and ship, so I do not have to remember to order. Works great and ships fast.
