Parentgiving…fast and dependable
I have placed orders with Parentgiving for a couple of years now. Ordering is easy and I receive my order in about three days. I always receive the correct item and it arrives in good shape. I use to accumulate points for the orders that I placed.The points where applied to my next order which saved me money. When I check out now I don't notice the wording that tells me how many points I have and do I want to apply them to this order. That part I miss. It saved me a lot of money over a year. Other than that I have nothing negative to say about Parentgiving.

Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service. Although our package arrived within 2 days it was 1xpack of ultra missing. E-mailed about the problem and received 4th pack next day. Helen was extremely helpful and is a fine example of how customer service should be. Thankyou Helen and thanks Parentgiving

New to the website
This website was discovered searching for adult diapers and it was easy to navigate and they ship fast. Haven't called the service number as the items have good descriptions and carry great products.

The pads allow bypass
The pads are soft as advertised. Delivery was timely. The pads are absorbent, but they are narrow and allow bypass. They are not right for me. Parentgiving responded to this review that I had ordered a sample of underwear, not pads. That's false. I ordered pads. I received pads. I tried the pads. I didn't like the pads.

Please accept our apology for the error. The Dry Direct booster pads that you ordered are flow through pads without a plastic backing that are made to be used with disposable underwear or tape on briefs. They will add up to 32 ounces of absorbency to the product. if you are looking for a wider plastic pad with plastic backing. I would suggest the Dry Direct overnight bladder control pads which are used with cloth underwear. They have a plastic backing and the dimensions are 5 inches wide x 13.5 inches long. The product can hold up to 30 ounces of absorbency. If you would like to order a sample of the product, please contact our customer service and we would be happy to assist you.
