Great place to do business with
Great place to do business with. They are very helpful and take time to explain things and look for the best deals. Auto delivery is great too, never have to worry about running out.

They leaked so badly it went through my…
They leaked so badly it went through my disposable pad, washable pad, my bottom sheet and onto my mattress pad which I believe stopped the wetness. I also had my quilt and top sheet get wet with this experience. Ridiculous! I am so sorry I bought these and to top it off I bought three packages to save on shipping. Because I had others of another brand left to use before I needed to use these I'm sure I'm outside the return window. Oh well, I've learned my lesson. I just received a very nice reply from the company and they are giving me a credit and the ability to get free samples to try for future products as well as a number to call for help. This is EXCELLENT customer service and I really appreciate it. I have updated my rating from a 1 star to a three star because of the great support I'm getting. When I try other products and they work better I will be happy to giver an even higher rating.

Even though you can't return the 2 unopened packages, I have refunded you in Rewards Points.
