Always have a great experience with parentgiving. My problems are with shipping. The two large cartons arrive strapped together and at the bottom of five stairs. I’ve worked with FedEx but drivers change and problems go on.

I have been ordering your briefs that are supposed to have NASA technology to keep my husband dry I put two of them on him at a time and he still soaks through them I have even tried to use an extra liner in them and it doesn't work ! I pay anywhere between 133to 138.00 a month for a product that does not work! I need something that helps to keep him dry!

One of the most positive things is that I talked to a real person. Of those conversations we had, they reviewed all the information on the order before starting work and then double checked shipping address.
