Parent Givin has worked well. For me. i have been supplying a family member with diapers. I have had to adjust my order a few times.. Im very happy with them. They have always been most helpful and give me the mbest deal .. they also give me timely suggestions.

poor customer service
The lady who helped me pick out my lift chair was very nice. She, however, only knew one chair. I ended up with a very uncomfortable chair that doesn’t fit me, although it is supposed to handle 5’4” - 5’10”. It s like sitting on a brick and, after an afternoon, I have a crick in my neck. They should have people on the customer service line who know more than one product and push you toward it. If I han’t Gotten sudo leather, i’d send it back and find another company to get my chair.

The agent who assisted you is a senior representative and should have been able to assist you with any chair we offer. I also spoke with a representative from the manufacturer's.
