I must command a great respect for the person who took care of my questions, and order, a lady called" Maure", I called her Mauray, she was not only charming but helpful and went out of her way to find all of the details which concerned me. I am 92 and in November 93, but not prepared enough to encounter a problem after the delivery. The saddle, discussed thoroughly, was 35 inches high and in no way could be reduced, I called being told to turn the blue handle underneath, but, even a man neighbor tried and found it impossible. Then the repair department said they had no one to come and fix it, gave me a number, who could not either even offering to pay them $175.00 just to try, they refused, then no one would handle my cry for help except Maure who find a gentleman who helped me with the batteries to plug underneath the cage, it worked, but the saddle has not as yet been done, I am only 5 feet tall, when trying to feel well seated I feel like I could fall out because I have no strong support from the pedals. So, I cannot use it on the street in my small town, I have to wait to find someone to come and see if they can resolve the problem. So far, no one who has tried, told me there is something wrong with it. Otherwise, the product is beautiful, well built, and good looking and hope we can fix the saddle. Jacqueline S Mallen

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. the box when it arrived was in horrible shape, it was torn on every side! the tape was falling off and you could see inside the box. i ordered a convoluted egg crate mattress toppper for my 95 yr old grandma who has breast cancer and is starting to form bed sores. When it arrived there was a CANCER WARNING on the side about the chemicals used to make the topper, this warning is not on their website (parentgiving.com) or in the product description. The topper arrived 08/31/018 i sent a return request email to parentgiving on 09/01/018 & havent heard a word from anyone! (so i could get the return address, as instructed) I will never order from this website again
