The customer service ladies were extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, about the items I was considering and with their understanding of the items, I was able to decide on the best ones for my needs. Staff did a great job trying to help me purchase a shower bench and she found one with enough height. Staff were pleasant and professional. The item, though unused, cannot be returned or exchanged. What she and I both failed to recognize was tall enough for the inside of the tub did not mean tall enough for the outside. At its tallest the chair fits inside the tub, clears the tub lip, but is an inch too short on the outside. The legs can be extended beyond the last available notch which would allow the outer legs to touch the floor, but then the outside legs are unstable and will break or otherwise collapse. Ultimately the shower bench does not work. No returns!
