Ordering was easy, shipping was quick. I didn't use the product, turned out i didn't need it. I ordered large and they were HUGE! Would have returned anyway.

We searched all over the internet before deciding on purchasing from Parentgiving. They have a great web site with clear descriptions and good pictures. I felt the majority of the items we saw were reasonably priced. We are very pleased with our purchase of the Medline Bed Assist Bar. The picture & description were perfect. We got exactly what we thought we were getting and the product is well worth the price!!! Very sturdy & works wonderfully.

haven't gotten product so far but the customer service has been great. I am a little concerned about the strident warning about not accepting the package if it has any defects. Short of riding the bike around while the delivery person stands and watches, how am I to be sure?

I was delighted with how quickly I got my order. Of course it helps having it come from a warehouse located only within 50 miles of where I live and not having to wait for it come all the way from across the country! Will order from ParentGiving again!
