About Parentgiving

Every person in our organization is a current or former caregiver. Being passionate caregivers is critical to our ethos - remembering that we serve a fragile population (the aging and disabled) and their families - helping them arrive at better product solutions and expert application, better care, better aging - in their own home, or in the assisted living facility. Giving them hope, solving their problems, winning their business with every engagement. Delivering a world-class shopping experience and knowledge and insight and curated product solutions that cannot be replicated at the local chain pharmacy or Mega Mart or Online Marketplace. Our size and scale and approach ensure deep business relationships and true buying power with the best home health manufacturers and distributors in the business. We want long-term relationships with customers and have real caregivers answering the phones and ensuring every order and product is of great quality and value. We want to be the Sephora or Geek Squad of all things aging and caregiving related.

Purchase for a friend
What I purchased was for a friend, it is working and very much appreciated. The price was a fare price, the quality is good, it went together easily. I highly recommend this product.

Bed Rails
Fantastic Product. Very reasonably priced. Very simple to assemble. Should be able to adapt to anyone's needs. Solid contruction, looks like commercial grade. The engineer that designed this is a genius. In the event of any future needs in my household, this company will get my first look.

My experience with Parentgiving was 100% positive.
My experience with Parentgiving was extremely positive, I had an issue left them a message and received and call back the next business day. Spoke with customer service and my issue was resolved immediately without any problems. There are a good many company’s in this country who could learn something from this company.

The website said "pack of 12"
The website said "pack of 12", I order two packs, I receive 2 items, not 24. After being told I was wrong by a Parentgiving representative numerous times I had to send a screenshot to her to prove it said "pack of 12". Once realizing the mistake and her absolute rudeness was unwarranted, she blamed I.T. and still told me "too bad you only got two and not 24, but I'm sorry, nothing I can do sir, you ordered what you ordered". WHAT!? I was shocked, upset and just sick of it. I ended the phone call, ate the money they basically conned me out of and ended up finding the hospital size bed covers on Amazon cheaper, in an actual pack of 12, and shipped in two days. Sorry Parent giving but 5 years of purchasing from you ended.

I am very sorry for your recent bad experienced with us. This is not the way we treat our customers and I apologize for the errors that contributed to the less than flawless encounter. I also left you a voice message today. I credited your Rewards Points account with 4000 points, worth $40.00, that you can redeem like cash on our website on a future order. I hope we can earn back your trust and business. Thank you, Nicky, Customer Care Manager 973-521-5601
