I don’t do reviews, but I was so frustrated I decided to take the time so others don’t make the same mistake I did. Sadly, I had high hopes for this company. I did my research and landed here, selecting the Ultimate Dry Direct Pullup Underpants. Suddenly, Mom, (96) had fallen so getting out of bed to go to the bathroom was no longer an option. After returning home from the emergency room, we had to make decisions quickly, as circumstances had changed. We picked up a package of Depends, placed our order for the Dry Direct Product and hoped for the best. We didn't get the opportunity to try the product, as they were too small, or didn’t fit 108 pound Mom. Below see the sizing parameters and notations from their website I utilized when ordering. Small: Fits waist sizes 20"- 30" Small/Medium: Fits waist sizes 24"- 42" (White) Medium: Fits waist sizes 30"- 44" (Noir) Please Note Medium size product packaging states SM/MD, but Product is Medium. So, based upon my understanding of the above, I ordered the SM… believing they were small /medium. Why in the world would you complicate the ordering process in a way that leads to so much confusion by adding a line in the sizing chart depicting Small/Medium, but not a selection of Small/Medium when ordering???? Instead, you must choose between only Small or Medium. I read your notation understanding the Small/Medium to be the Small selection, and the Small/Medium Size. After great expectations and reading reviews, I ordered the case of 56 and ended up donating them to a memory care facility. Not only that, Mom didn’t get the product she deserves and we wanted her to have. None of us received the peace of mind we were hoping to find. The money was concerning, but our feeling that we had let Mom down was devastating. Please reread the information on your website and while doing so, consider the myriad of decisions required to be made when circumstances abruptly change. When landing here, we are typically attempting to keep calm at a time of great uncertainty and confusion. I urge you to change the verbiage in your size chart or order selection sizing to match, thereby not adding to our confusion!
