It appears my email was either sold or…
It appears my email was either sold or given to other people. I started receiving unwanted emails, spam, or junk emails soon after ordering and have continued. Emails content unrelated to item purchased. Parenting also substituted product without notice even after confirming the original order. Good side was they shipped very quickly

Thank you for your recent order. I can assure you we do not sell our customer's email addresses. When you purchase over the internet your email address gets "cookied" and you will receive ads from many other vendors. You can delete the "cookies" and reduce those ads. I also checked with our distributor who stated the item they shipped you is exactly what was ordered. According to your review, it was not. Please confirm the SKU # of the item you received. I would like to investigate if there was an error made. You will never be shipped a substitute item without being consulted first. Please contact me, Nicky, in Customer Care , at 973-521-5601.
