Parentgiving Tranquility premium incontinence protection under ware.
Placed an order and received notification of receipt of order and when it shipped. Using the tracking number given I found that delivery had been made two days prior. However, it was not received here. Contacted customer care. Spoke with a representative on Thursday morning. She advised they would resend order and research the prior delivery. The very next morning (Friday @ 9:30 am) FedEx was on my doorstep with the replacement order. This was a very satisfactory outcome and I will be receiving a shipment every other month as set up with the original order.

Mistaken Identity
I presumed that these would be similar to Tena level 3, also marked "super" and currently in short supply. They are not alike at all. These are much larger, padded in front and back, and are shaped to be worn under underwear. Because I did not carefully examine the picture on the package, I opened it, thus making the package ineligible for return. A frustrating experience.

the underwear i just bought is size…
the underwear i just bought is size wrong or they are just not my size the depend i usually buy is size small and fits comfortable and it is not tight or uncomfortable to wear i am very disappointed with the order
